Mikvahs in Cyprus (ritual baths).

Immersion in the mikvah has offered a gateway to purity ever since the creation of man. The Midrash relates that after being banished from Eden, Adam sat in a river that flowed from the garden.

There are three such mikvahs in Larnaca, one established in 2008, the other ten years later in 2018 and recently in Paphos. The Mikvahs are fully functional and receive hundreds of visitors each month. A mikvah is among the top requests we receive from Jewish tourists and families who consider Cyprus as their primary home.
