Promoting purity in Cyprus

The Mikveh Taharah in Cyprus was inaugurated in 2005 for the first time in history, with the highest standards of Halacha comfort and hygiene. The Mikveh has served the Jewish community and tourists for the past 18 years.

​

 In light of the great increase in the needs of the community, the second mikvah in Cyprus was inaugurated in 2018, the third mikvah in 2022, and there is a fourth mikvah under construction. the mikvahs operate regularly all year round.

​

 The operation of the mikvahs requires careful maintenance, which amounts to a total of 1200 euros per month per about mikvah.  

 

On Lag Ba’Omer the celebration day of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, who was very involved in the purification of the people of Israel, it is a special opportunity to contribute to the continuation of the mikvehs and purity in Cyprus and to be blessed with health and longevity, abundance, and all that is needed!
